The Carnival Cheers beverage program is a convenient, all-inclusive package designed to cover nearly all of your onboard drink needs for a flat daily rate.

The current price for the package is $69.95 per person, per day, when purchased in advance, plus a mandatory twenty percent service charge that is applied to the total cost.

A strict rule of the program is that if one adult aged twenty-one or older in a stateroom purchases Cheers, every other adult in that same stateroom who is twenty-one or older must also purchase it, and no exceptions are made to this policy.

Cheers covers up to fifteen alcoholic beverages per twenty-four hour period, with the value of each drink limited to twenty dollars or less, and you also receive unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, including sodas, specialty coffees, and bottled water.

Due to state laws, if your cruise departs from Texas, New York, or Norfolk, Virginia, you will not be charged for the first day, and the package benefits will only become active beginning at 6:00 AM on the second day of the cruise.

Additionally, to manage consumption, there is a ten minute waiting period required between ordering each beverage, and the program does not apply to room service orders or drinks served in souvenir glassware.
